In the week Hitchwiki reached 1000 articles the name Trashwiki just came up, out of the blue, the concept was clear and we did it. It's all about trash and turning trash into value (also called dumpster diving). Just like hitchwiki.org, it's totally bottom-up. It has been started and will be taken to still unforeseen directions.

We don't want rules or leaders, just active people having fun writing and creating information about trash.

• Ad-free, spam-free.
• Aversion to rules.
• Open for anyone to edit (who is not a spammer).
