Moss

Moss is a town in southern Norway. 60km south of Oslo along the E6 highway, it has a cheap airport (Oslo Rygge) and is thus a likely spot for some hitchhikers to pass through.

It seems to have many accessible dumpsters and needs further exploration.

  • SPAR Vålerveien at Vålerveien 86 has one big accessible dumpster, bags are mixed, some food and some trash. (Last checked: Apr.2015)

There are two stores on Osloveinen:

  • KIWI Tigerplassen at Osloveien 46 - accessible, mixed bags in one big dumpster. (Last checked: Apr.2015)
  • REMA 1000 Mosseskogen at Osloveien 37 - not so interesting, they have a huge compactor and then several small bio-waste bins. Full of fruits and vegetables but mainly in seemingly bad state. Needs more checking, though! (Last checked: Apr.2015)
  • KIWI Høyden at Øreveien 76 has a good fill (all sorts of produce), in several small bins with no locks. (Last checked: Apr.2015)
