Konstanz has some good oportunities for dumpster diving. But you should go there after the closing hours and keep in mind, that dumpster diving is illegal in Germany.

  • Biowelt has easily accessible, unlocked bins next to the street. Easiest to find on Monday's, as organic waste is collected on Tuesday.(Last checked: July 2015)
  • Dm in the E-Center Baur has a (only sometimes unlocked) bin at the right hand side of the main entrance.
  • Alnatura has bins behind a fence/gate behind the store. Go to the back street and crawl under the gate.(Last checked: July 2015)
  • Reginbrot (bakery) has unlocked bins on the street corner next to the store.(Last checked: July 2015)
