Locations to dumpster dive and obtain stuff is not quite known, but there are definitely places to check out. There is a garden center located on the edge of town called Neighbors, a hotel on the end of town, a Giant food store, a few fast-food places including McDonald's, Subways and Wendy's, some other restaurants, and every Sunday afternoon there is the Saucon Valley Farmers' Market where approximately 20 businesses offer an assortment of food and non-food products. There are a few bakery businesses which are most likely to have stuff that a person could obtain. The market is set up in a park area, so all items and refuse collected must be taken out. There is also the Family Thrift Shoppe located on Rt 412, near Neighbors is surely to provide some great finds, as they have the standard collections of assorted clothing, books, electronics, toys, jewelry, household wares, and other knick-knacks. They have changed to a high dumpster without doors or rail though, which might be harder to access. They dump stuff into it from a second story window-type cubbie opening.
