Dieppe

Dieppe is a French port town in the Seine-Maritime department of Normandy region.

So far the only known possibility for dumpster diving are the bins in the departure lounge at the port. These can provide you with what people have jettisoned once the ferry arrives. Best skipping time is assumed to be between 1am and 4am when no-one else is around, so get there early. (Last checked: March 2011)
