Bakeries

Bakeries can be a great source of edible trash. Good bakeries tend to always have a fresh bread, buns, bagels, etc. which results in large quantities of older bakery produce being thrown away.

Remember to eat lots of whole wheat bread and bread with lots of whole grains in them, try and stay away from the sweet stuff, it's made from 50% fat, 50% sugar and 50% flour ;)
